BOYANOV & Co. Advised Vallenova LLC on the Acquisition of Recycling Company Integra Plastics JSC
On 29 March 2024, the Austrian specialty chemicals company Borealis AG, a majority-owned subsidiary of Austrian oil and gas giant OMV, finalised the acquisition of Bulgarian recycling company Integra Plastics JSC.
BOYANOV & Co. advised and supported one of the sellers, the Cypriot company Vallenova LLC, which had been also the founder of Integra Plastics and provided the know-how and expertise needed to build and put in operation the industrial plant of Integra Plastics JSC.
