On November 26, 2010 was registered and finalized the transformation of one of the major CATV and Internet companies on the market Eurocom Cable Management Bulgaria EOOD from limited liability company to joint – stock company. The transformation completed the first step of the corporate restructuring initiated in the beginning of 2010, which included also the merger of Cabletel EAD into Eurocom. The purpose of the restructuring is the optimization of the functioning of the EQT V Group of companies in Bulgaria and the increase of the quality of services delivered to the subscribers. The newly established company – full legal successor of Eurocom – is called Blizoo Media and Broadband EAD. In 2009, in a complex transaction involving simultaneous closings in more than 5 different jurisdictions, Borislav Boyanov&Co. advised EQT investment funds on the acquisition of 100% controlling interest in Eurocom and 70% controlling interest in CableTel, the major Pay-TV operators in Bulgaria and Macedonia, offering integrated communications home services – Pay-TV, Internet and telephony.

Borislav Boyanov & Co. led the restructuring of the companies including the obtaining of all of the necessary permits and approvals and helped the handling of the relations with the employees and the clients of the companies.
