Borislav Boyanov, Chairman of The Association of Honorary Consuls in Bulgaria and Honorary Consul of Malta, has lead a group of members of the Association on 26 January 2018 in a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister for Judicial Reform and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva.
The Association of Honorary Consuls in Bulgaria was established in 2004 in Sofia and is a member of FICAC. The Association has its own Code of Ethics and is actively involved in public and diplomatic life in many countries.
