The firm advised The Bank of Scotland, IFC, Société Générale and BNP Paribas as lenders to Melrose Resources plc. on the refinancing and increasing of the amount of a syndicated loan and the extension of an additional subordinated loan. Services also included advice on consecutive increases of the amount of a syndicated loan and the extension of an additional subordinated loan to Melrose which is holding a concession for the single local gas deposit in commercial operation.
