Adriana Bakalova

Adriana Bakalova is an Associate at BOYANOV & Co., where she has been part of the team since 2011. She began her career at the firm as a Legal Trainee (2011–2016), progressed to Junior Associate (2016–2018), and has served as an Associate since 2018. Her practice focuses on Competition, Corporate and M&A, and Commercial. Adriana regularly advises clients in the field of competition law, as well as in relation to general commercial, corporate and banking matters. Her extensive experience in many legal areas, working as outside legal counsel for a number of the firm’s clients, is valuable in her ability to serve the day-to-day needs of the business in a timely and efficient manner.
