Nickolay Radev is a Senior Associate at BOYANOV & Co., having joined the firm in 2025. He brings over 16 years of experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), gained through a steady career progression in several well-respected Bulgarian law firms. He is Arbitrator with the Arbitration court at the Bulgarian Industrial Association which speaks for his vast professional experience and high integrity. Nikolay has litigated in a variety of areas of the law which provides him with a wide range of knowledge and experience. The latter allows him to act also in the fields of Commercial, Corporate, including M&A and Tax law. Nikolay is pragmatic, business orientated and aims at finding solutions for his clients, including coverage of any possible scenarios of development of the issue he is dealing with.

He is a member of the Sofia Bar Association and serves as an Arbitrator with the Arbitration Court at the Bulgarian Industrial Association, reflecting both his professional standing and commitment to the legal community.

Legal representation of an official distributor of a vehicle brand in Bulgaria regarding the appeal of the termination of the procedure of public procurement for the purchase of vehicles which procedure started by the Directorate “Border Police” with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Analysis of the legal opportunity and the eventual outcome of cross-border litigation concerning supply of medical products.
Legal representation of a bank in a litigation procedure formed under account holder’s claim for damages arising from transfers executed by a proxy, which the account holder alleges were carried out without proper authorization i.e. based on false power of attorney.
Legal representation of a supermarket chain in a claim for damages resulting from the performance and/or non-performance of certain work by a person who has been commissioned to perform it.
Legal representation of a public figure in court proceedings formed under a claim for personal tort arising out of public speech performed by our client which speech was considered defamation and insult by the claimant.

Legal representation of a shareholder in a company in a procedure of dismissing him by the other shareholders based on claims for failure to perform his obligations to assist in the company’s business.
Analysis of the legal opportunity and the eventual outcome of claim either for requesting a property from a co-owner who possesses or holds it without grounds to do so or for requesting the discontinuing of the act without grounds which creates obstacles for the exercising of the ownership rights as far as the co-owner restricts the access by a door which he operates and on the other hand does not state if he is using the premises owned by our client and the lack of access does not let us be assure of the facts on the case – possession, holding or neither of the pointed.

Analysis of the possible approach of an online marketplace regarding the compliance with the obligations of issue of receipts in regard of the sales carried out by the users of the marketplace.
Analysis of the implementation of the Global Minimum Tax in Bulgaria in the view of Korean investor’s target to acquire Bulgarian based company.

Legal assistance to financial institution in the structuring of the acquisition of a part of commercial enterprise in the view of the tax effects, in particular VAT and corporate tax.
Legal assistance to online merchant in the acquisition and further merger of a SPV owning a real estate which to be used for a new warehouse base. The deal included also advices on the banking financing of the acquisition and tax optimisations.
