Teodora Peycheva is an Associate at BOYANOV & Co., who specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets regulations, and competition law, including merger control proceedings. She joined BOYANOV & Co. in 2022 as a Junior Associate and was promoted to Associate in 2024. Prior to that, she worked as a Legal Advisor at CMS Sofia from 2020 to 2021, and as a Legal Trainee at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP – Bulgaria Branch / Duncan Weston from 2016 to 2020. Teodora advises leading domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, offering strategic support throughout all stages of complex deals and corporate reorganizations. She also contributes to the Competition Law Practice Group, assisting in various matters, including merger notifications and compliance assessments. Teodora also provides guidance on capital markets regulatory issues, helping clients navigate the complex legal framework. Teodora contributes to BOYANOV & Co.’s legal initiatives, delivering practical legal solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
