BIOGRAPHY

With over 13 years of experience at the firm, Trayan is a seasoned professional specializing in the sale, lease, and financing of aviation assets. He has a proven track record in handling both domestic and cross-border transactions, navigating complex regulatory issues and disputes related to aircraft and engines, and advising on airport development projects. Trayan began his career at BOYANOV & Co. in 2012 as a Trainee Attorney, progressing to Junior Associate in 2015, Associate in 2017, and Senior Associate in 2021. In 2016, he completed an international secondment at Allen & Overy. Earlier in his career, he gained experience as a Legal Trainee at Solvay Sodi and Mobiltel in 2011.

Trayan also serves as a trusted advisor to retail and consumer companies, assisting legal and commercial teams in managing business-to-business and business-to-consumer relationships. Additionally, he has a proven track record in hotel development projects with global hotel brands, negotiating hotel franchise and management agreements and other leisure and hospitality projects. In 2019, he was recognized with a scholarship from the European Regional Forum of the International Bar Association.
