Antoaneta has joined the firm in 2024 as a Senior Associate, after being a Solo Practitioner in the USA with more than 22 years of experience. From 2000 to 2023, she ran the Law Office of Antoaneta D. Avreska, Esq. in Boston, MA, and Chicago, IL, focusing on family and marriage immigration, fiancée visas, naturalization, removal proceedings and deportation defense, as well as humanitarian-based immigration such as defensive asylum and VAWA, and employment-based visas and green cards. She is currently a member of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group, advising and assisting clients in the field of Bulgarian Family and Business Immigration Law.

Denitsa is an Associate at BOYANOV & Co., with a steadily growing career at the firm since 2017. She began as a Legal Trainee (2017–2023), advanced to Junior Associate (2023–2025), and has been serving as an Associate since 2025. Her practice focuses on Competition, Intellectual Property, and Corporate and M&A, where she brings both depth of knowledge and practical experience. Denitsa advises on a regular basis a large number of major local and international groups on antitrust, unfair competition and abuse of economic dependence issues, dawn raids, internal compliance, internal investigations/health checks, and others. She also provides ongoing support to multinational companies such as WD-40, Philip Morris, and Hilti in connection with IP enforcement, anticounterfeiting efforts, and related disputes.

Nedyalka Novakova is a Senior Associate at BOYANOV & Co., where she has been part of the team since 2008. She began her career at the firm as a Junior Associate (2008–2014), progressed to Associate (2014–2021), and has served as a Senior Associate since 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience as a Legal Trainee at Jurex Consult AD (2007), the Administration of the Bulgarian Parliamentary Ombudsman institution (2006), and Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. Law Firm (2005–2006), as well as holding support roles at Lex.bg and Visa Travel Travel Agency.

Her practice focuses on Corporate and M&A, Immigration, Employment, and Healthcare and Life Sciences.
