Borislav Boyanov & Co. Advised GSHL, an Ispat Group company, on the acquisition of 71% of Kremikovtzi AD
Global Steel Holdings Limited (“GSHL”), a part of the Indian Ispat Group, one of the leading global integrated steel makers, completed the acquisition of Kremikovtzi AD, the largest steel maker in Bulgaria. GSHL has operations in six countries worldwide with total steel-making capacity of 14 million tones. The total investment for the acquisition combined with further investments and environmental management costs will exceed USD 300 million in the next three years.
