The firm succesfully obtained merger clearance for CosmOTE of its proposed acquisition of control over Greek electronics distirbutor Germanos. In Bulgaria CosmOTE owns Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile EAD (Globul), the second-largest mobile phone operator. Germanos operates in Bulgaria one of the largest chains of retail outlets for mobile handsets and other electronics. Borislav Boyanov & Co.’s team was lead by Peter Petrov.
