BOYANOV & Co. advised and represented Montupet in an appeal against a Tax Assessment Statement
BOYANOV & Co. advised and represented Montupet on all aspects of the Company’s appeal against a Tax Assessment Act issued by the National Revenue Agency and in particular on the alleged wrong determination by the client of the categories of labour applicable to the employees in the factory in Ruse, which resulted in tax claims for increase of the social security contributions (made and/or due) by the company. The work included preliminary advice and analysis, administrative appeals and proceedings before the Administrative Court–Sofia and the Supreme Administrative Court. The case was successfully concluded in favour of the client.
