BOYANOV & Co. advised Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC as a representative of the initial purchasers of USD 400 million global senior secured notes (a Rule 144A offering) issued by Contour Global Power Holding S.A., Luxembourg as issuer. The underlying material subsidiary in Bulgaria was ContourGlobal Maritsa East 3 AD – one of the three largest thermal power plants in Bulgaria. BOYANOV & Co. has carried out a legal due diligence of the Bulgarian subsidiary, assisted in drafting the Bulgarian legal sections of the Offering Circular and issued a Bulgarian legal opinion.
