We provided legal support to DE-CIX Group AG, leading Internet Exchange (IX) operator, for the successful acquisition of 70% of BIX.BG OOD, the largest carrier neutral IX in Bulgaria.
Acted as the Bulgarian counsel, alongside LUPP + PARTNER, who functioned as the lead international counsel of the purchaser. BOYANOV & Co. provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction process, including legal due diligence, assistance on the transaction documentation, and advice on various Bulgarian law aspects, as well as closing and post-closing assistance.
