In 2011 and 2012 BOYANOV & Co. advised OMV Austria and OMV Bulgaria in respect of a contract with Western Union for providing money transfer services of Western Union at OMV fillings stations in Bulgaria and Bulgarian regulatory matters concerning the contract.
