BOYANOV & Co. advised the European Investment Fund on the Third Amendment Agreements to the Funding and Framework Agreement signed on October 24, 2014, a ten-year extension of JEREMIE mandate vis-à-vis legacy funds. The firm advised on the 2014 amendment of the Holding Fund Agreement dated 21 December 2015 and related documentation. Previously, advised on the extension of the Mezzanine Mandate in relation to the Mezzanine Fund operations of JEREMIE.
