BOYANOV & Co. advised the owners of Concord USA, LLC on all Bulgarian law aspects in the sale of its global business to H.I.G. Capital, LLC. The transaction involved complex legal aspects in Bulgaria and the US and went through multiple structural changes. The team of BOYANOV & Co. provided guidance and support during all stages of the negotiation process and the closing of the transaction, including advice on corporate, contractual, competition, taxation and AML matters.
Concord USA, LLC is an IT consultancy company, established in Minnesota in 2003, that provides various IT services in different sectors, including healthcare, life sciences, retail, financial services and manufacturing.
