BOYANOV & Co. advises Behr-Hella Thermocontrol GmbH in respect of a green field investment in the construction of a factory for automobile air conditioning appliances
BOYANOV & Co. is currently advising Behr-Hella Thermocontrol GmbH with respect to its arbitration claim against the initially appointed main contractor for the construction of client’s brand new factory and developing centre for production of automobile air conditioning appliances. This very complicated construction dispute is for a significant amount and is based on claims for bad construction works and consequences thereof.
