BOYANOV & Co. advises ESAB Electrodes on all aspects of the closure of the factory for production of electrodes for manual arc welding and hard-facing located in the town of Ihtiman, Bulgaria with a focus on the termination of the employment contracts of some 100 employees. The work included preliminary advice and analysis and drafting of the entire termination of employment documentation, including regulatory advice on collective redundancy requirements and legislation, negotiations with trade unions and employees regarding severance packages and other related issues.
