BOYANOV & Co. Advises Eutelsat S.A. on Contentious Matters regarding a Public Procurement Procedure
BOYANOV & Co. advises Eutelsat S.A. in connection with its participation in public procurement transmission and satellite distribution of the Bulgarian National Television (BNT), including on appeals related to the procedure. BOYANOV & Co.’s team prepared the defence of Eutelsat S.A. against the illegal disqualification made by BNT and represented Eutelsat S.A. before the Commission on the Protection of Competition and consequently before the Supreme Administrative Court. Eutelsat S.A. won the case and the public procurement procedure was reverted to BNT for a second consideration of the submitted tenders. Eutelsat S.A. tender was ranked first and our client received an awarding decision. The awarding decision was appealed by another tenderer and currently, the appeal is pending before the Supreme Administrative Court.
