BOYANOV & Co. Advises Rodna Zemya Holding AD on the Acquisition of 100% of HIT Hypermarket EOOD
BOYANOV & Co. advised the Bulgarian publicly listed company Rodna Zemya Holding AD (http://www.rodnazemya.bg) [BUL:6R2 / HRZ] on the acquisition of 100% of the capital of HIT Hypermarket EOOD (https://www.hit-hypermarket.bg) from the Germany-based HIT Bulgarien GmbH, part of DOHLE Trading Group.
HIT Hypermarket EOOD operates on the territory of Sofia two shops for daily consumer goods (fast moving food and non-food) – in Mladost and Lyulin districts.
BOYANOV & Co. provided full legal assistance to the buyer’s side and advised the buyer on the commercial negotiations, structuring of the deal, the due diligence process and the preparation of the transaction documents. The firm also provided full legal advice and assistance in the procedure for obtaining merger clearance of the transaction from the Bulgarian Commission on Protection of the Competition.
