BOYANOV & Co. advises Slovak investors in a complex matter in relation to a large PV park
BOYANOV & Co. advises Slovak investors for settlement of their complex relations with a Bulgarian counterparty in the field of construction and exploitation of several PV parks. The scope of work includes а due diligence of renewable projects, investigation on the legal status of project companies, liaising with authorities, representation in arbitration procedures as well as negotiations regarding different options for settlement of the various relations between the groups of companies of the investor and the Bulgarian counterparty.
