BOYANOV & Co. is advising and representing before the administrative courts in Bulgaria the Bulgarian subsidiary of Solvay SA, which operates the biggest factory for soda ash in Europe, in respect of appeal proceedings related to the application of EU Directive 2003/87 establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community (the “ETS Directive”).
BOYANOV & Co.’s team on the deal was led by Ms. Kina Chuturkova, Partner and Head of Litigation and ADR.
