BOYANOV & Co. Organised a Team-Building Seminar in Borovets
On 23-25 November 2018, BOYANOV & Co. organised a team-building weekend in Borovets. The main program included a seminar on some of the key legal topics in IP (Protection of Trade Secrets), Competition (Geo-blocking Regulation in the Context of E-commerce), Employment (Prevention of Discrimination), M&A (Main elements of an M&A Deal), Litigation (Directors vs the Court), and Tax (Current Trends in Tax Audits and Inspections). Topics on business development and marketing, legal English, and current accounting trends were also discussed.
BOYANOV & Co.’s team enjoyed the interesting seminar topics as well as taking part in the remaining team-building activities during the weekend.
