BOYANOV & Co., a founding member of the Three Seas Legal Alliance (TSLA), actively participated in the 10th Three Seas Initiative Summit and Business Forum, held in Warsaw, Poland, on April 28–29, 2025 (https://3seas.eu/). The Three Seas Initiative, comprising 13 EU member states between the Baltic, Black, and Adriatic Seas, aims to boost investment, economic growth, and energy security through enhanced regional cooperation.
As founding member of TSLA, BOYANOV & Co joined leading law firms from all 13 Three Seas countries to provide coordinated legal support for cross-border investments and infrastructure projects under the 3SI framework. The Alliance is dedicated to supporting the legal needs of governments, institutions, and private investors involved in the initiative, ensuring top quality cross-border legal advice for the region’s ambitious development goals.
This year event brought together high-level government officials, business leaders, and legal experts to advance regional cooperation in energy, transport, and digital sectors.
