BOYANOV & Co. successfully advised and represented major pharmaceutical groups Abbott and AbbVie in an antitrust proceedings initiated by the Bulgarian Commission for the Protection of Competition in relation to a complaint brought by a major national pharmaceutical distributor. By a decision which has not been appealed, the Commission came to the conclusion that no infringement was committed on the part of the firm’s clients.
