BOYANOV & Co. team was among the special guests at the opening of the spectacular new showroom of Silver Star Group in Sofia.
Silver Star is the official distributor of Mercedes Benz and Daimler Trucks in Bulgaria and is a long-standing client of our firm.
We have provided full legal support and assistance to the Silver Star Group from the beginning of its investment projects in Bulgaria in 2016 and have since then been the trusted local legal counsel of the Group. We were deeply involved and provided full legal support in the process of acquisition, development, and construction of the showroom.
Partners Nikolay Zisov (Head of the Tech Group) and Nickolay Nickolov (Head of the Real Estate Practice) attended the grand opening of the most modern Daimler showroom in the region.
The opening was attended also by the owner of Silver Star Group – Sheikh Khaled al Juffali and senior managers of Mercedes-Benz AG and Daimler Truck AG.
