BOYANOV & Co. Wins CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year 2023 Award
BOYANOV & Co. won Deal of the Year 2024 by CEE Legal Matters. This unequivocally validates our firm’s leading position in the region.
The deal that BOYANOV & Co. advised on is the acquisition of BNP Paribas Personal Finance by Eurobank (Bulgaria). Our team provided crucial support in obtaining concentration clearance from the Bulgarian Commission for Protection of the Competition as well as to the regulatory permit for the deal and the preparation of the closing process.
In 2023, BOYANOV & Co. was involved in two deals that won Deal of the Year 2022 – one in Albania – One Telecommunications by 4iG, and the other in Bulgaria – the Acquisition of Fidelis Research by BioIVT. Both deals were complex and involved a lot of sophisticated legal work.
The CEE Deals of the Year Awards recognizes lawyers and law firms who have played a pivotal role in bringing the deals that shape Central and Eastern Europe into being. These awards, which have been granted since 2017, are presented by CEE Legal Matters, the foremost provider of news and information about the legal industry and lawyers in the region.
