BOYANOV & Co. Worked on a Deal Shortlisted for the 2018 CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year Awards
CEE Legal Matters announced the finalists for the CEE 2018 Deal of the Year in 17 CEE countries. BOYANOV & Co. has participated in PPF’s Acquisition of Telenor’s Telecom Business in Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, and Hungary, shortlisted for Deal of the Year in both Bulgaria and Hungary.
SEE Legal members BOYANOV & Co. and BDK Advokati advised Société Générale, as agent, and a syndicate of lenders in connection with a EUR 3.05 billion credit facility provided to the PPF Group for the acquisition of, among other assets, 100 per cent interests in Telenor Bulgaria, one of the three mobile operators in Bulgaria, Telenor Beograd (Serbia) and Telenor Podgorica (Montenegro).
