- The firm advised Deutsche Bank on the sale of the biggest office building complex in Bulgaria – Business Park Sofia;
- The firm provided advisory services on the acquisition of around 115,000 sq. m. of real estates for the construction of a logistic park near Plovdiv;
- The firm provided advisory services on the acquisition of the Interpred World Trade Centre – the biggest dedicated office building in Sofia;
- The firm provided advisory services on the acquisition of the TZUM retail center – a prime luxury retail center containing the largest department store in the Balkans;
- The firm advised Grecotel on the purchase of the Sheraton Sofia Hotel Balkan – the foremost five-star luxury hotel in Sofia;
- The firm advised Gort Securities on the acquisition of the Radisson SAS (now Radisson Blu) Grand Hotel Sofia, a luxury downtown hotel opposite the Bulgarian Parliament;
- The firm advised American Standard Inc. on the construction of Sevlievo Plaza – a luxury four-star hotel;
- The firm advised on setting up of two industrial parks, one in Sofia and one in a rural area, by foreign investors, the value of each project exceeding 200 million Euros;
- The firm advised on the biggest green-field investment in Bulgaria (also the biggest china sanitary ware plant worldwide) built by American Standard Inc.;
- The firm advised on the biggest fittings plant in Europe, built by American Standard Inc., significant part of which was a green field investment;
- The firm advised the UK-based tour operator First Choice Holidays, which handles financing of Bulgarian companies owning hotels along the Black Sea Coast, and was responsible for all legal aspects of the completion of securities;
- The firm provided advisory services for the development of one of the largest leisure and golf projects on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast (over 1,000,000 square meters of land to be developed);
- The firm advised the Bulgarian Ministry of Transport on disputes with the Austrian construction company Strabag with respect to the construction of the new terminal at Sofia Airport;
- The firm advised the Chicago-based real estate investment management firm Heitman on the acquisition of a real estate in Sofia for future construction of residential complexes;
- The firm advised Development Capital Management (Jersey), which manages Black Sea Property Fund Limited, for the financing and acquisition of a number of hotel and residential complexes located on the Black Sea Coast and in Sofia;
- The firm advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on its multimillion Euro loan to a major hospitality real estate developer on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast for construction and opening of Kempinski Grand Hotel Hermitage in the Golden Sands resort, Bulgaria;
- The firm advised a number of Spanish private investment companies on the implementation of various multimillion Euro projects for acquisition and development of real estates in Sofia and on the Black Sea Coast;
- Borislav Boyanov & Co. acted as Bulgarian counsel to the Italian energy giant ENEL, advising on all Bulgarian law aspects of the Maritza East 3 project, including but not limited to property issues and construction law issues;
- The firm advised foreign tour operators on several projects for financing of Bulgarian hotel owners or tour operators working at the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast regarding hotels construction, development and renovation;
- The firm advised McDonald’s on the establishment of its restaurants network in the country, which now covers several dozen sites;
- The firm acted for Kraft Foods Bulgaria, Chelopech Mining (operator of the biggest copper-gold mine in Europe, located in Chelopech, Bulgaria, and a new gold deposit located in Southern Bulgaria), Kamenitza (the leading Bulgarian brewery with four major facilities in the country), Bulgarian Post Bank, and AIG Life on properties acquired by them for commercial and industrial purposes all around the country.
