Global Litigation Survey – Bulgaria
The Global Litigation Survey is a ground breaking survey which seeks to assess ten key indicators of the litigation process in 137 legal systems. The globalisation of business has meant that commercial counterparties come from increasingly diverse jurisdictions and parties need to have a broader awareness of legal risk. This survey will undoubtedly assist clients in any analysis of cross border legal risks, as well as provide them with a more general guide to the litigation procedure in 137 jurisdictions.
