Borislav Boyanov & Co. acted on a multimillion Euro transaction for the acquisition and refinancing facility for KAI Group of companies, as well as pending merger and post merger requirements. The firm advised a syndicate of banks led by Bank Austria Creditanstalt as an arranger and agent, and Unicredit Bulbank as a security agent.
