Leniency Regimes International Series
BOYANOV & Co. contributed to the fifth edition of the Leniency Regimes International Series published by Thomas Reuters (Professional), Sweet & Maxwell in August 2015. The Bulgarian Chapter was contributed by Mr Peter Petrov, Partner and Head of Competition Group at the firm.
Since the last edition of the book, leniency applications continue to be the most important source of anti-trust investigations. The book is aimed to provide an overview of the latest key developments that are likely to have an impact on the leniency programmes and this fifth edition covers jurisdictions of countries across all continents.
In the Bulgarian chapter below Mr. Peter Petrov offers an in-depth analysis of the relevant legislation concerning the current leniency policy and enforcement procedures applicable in Bulgaria.
