We have an excellent track record in advising on numerous wind and photovoltaic energy projects. Our services include due diligence, acquisition of projects, structuring joint-development agreements, and project development.

We are uniquely positioned, having recently advised on the final stages of the Burgas-Alexandroupolis oil pipeline project and the structuring of the NABUCCO gas pipeline project, as well as other regional gas transmission initiatives.

We have repeatedly advised international players on innovative transactions involving the operation and management of the Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant and the evolution of the Belene project for constructing a new nuclear generation facility.

We have advised large international players on the Bulgarian legal framework of this sector, which currently attracts active interest.

Since 1995, we have advised major players in the local mining industry on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues. Our expertise includes green-field projects for constructing and operating flotation factories, awarding exploration permits and extraction concessions, and expanding existing concessions1. We have also advised on various oil and gas exploration and extraction projects, including the single operating local natural gas deposit, and other areas such as construction materials, gravel and sand deposit exploitation, and mineral water concessions.
