- Provide regular legal advice to Meta, including on matters related to personal data protection and the usage of innovative technology, including in the context of employment, processing of personal data of employees and job applicants and localisation of its public-facing legal documentation for Bulgaria
- Advise Microsoft Bulgaria and its affiliates on contractual, compliance and regulatory matters related to, inter alia, cloud computing, B2B and B2C solutions, commercial issues, personal data protection, etc.
- Advising Synechron, Inc., a global digital transformation consulting company, on the acquisition of Dreamix, a Sofia-based software engineering and digital product development firm, likely one of the largest tech M&A deals in Bulgaria in 2024, allowing both companies to combine their strengths to deliver top-tier business solutions
- Advised Volkswagen AG and Audi AG in respect of local telecommunication regulations, data protection, e-privacy, consumer protection and other relevant aspects in relation to their business in Bulgaria and in particular the Wellness App of motor vehicles manufactured by the client, the implementation of a consent mechanism to collect and process vehicle data, and Over the Air (OTA) updates implementation
- Provides ongoing legal advice to Cisco on the applicability of local telecom regulations regarding its bundled information society and electronic communication services and assist Cisco on an ongoing basis in carrying out their reporting obligations under Bulgarian telecom laws
- Advising Nippon Express Holdings, Inc., a leading Japanese logistics company, on the acquisition of Cargo-Partner subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe. This acquisition enhances Nippon Express’s global logistics network, which now includes over 739 locations. Cargo-Partner, based in Austria, provides a range of logistics services with advanced IT integration, including air and ocean freight forwarding.
- Provide ongoing legal advice to Motorola Solutions Germany GmbH on the applicability of local telecom regulations regarding its WAVE on Cloud service and assisted in registering it as provider of electronic communications services in Bulgaria, and in carrying out their reporting obligations under Bulgarian telecom laws
- Assisted the developer of compliance software and services Cleversoft Group GmbH in relation to conducting a corporate due diligence of its local subsidiary Cleversoft Bulgaria EOOD in relation to an investment transaction
- Provide day-to-day advice and legal assistance to GTT Bulgaria EAD, the Bulgarian subsidiary of the multinational telecommunications and internet service provider company GTT Communications, Inc., on the applicability of local telecom regulations regarding its obligations as provider of electronic communications networks and services
- Advising EXA Infrastructure on local telecom regulatory compliance matters in relation to its joint venture with Trans Adriatic Pipeline AG for building a new fibre route connecting France with Turkey in a major expansion of EXA Infrastructure’s European network
- Assisting Vonage B.V. in registering as provider of electronic communications services in Bulgaria and in carrying out both Vonage B.V. and Vonage Business Limited reporting obligations under Bulgarian telecom laws
- Advised Robinhood on the legality in Bulgaria of monitoring tools installed on employee issued laptops
- Advised Denso Corporation, a global automotive components manufacturer headquartered in Japan, on the data protection and telecommunication-related legal aspects of providing their vehicle related technology connected services to customers such as OEMs, Fleet operators and MaaS platformers.
