Receptionist
The candidates should have a Master’s degree, excellent command of English, strong IT and communication skills, and at least 5 years of experience with a foreign company. The candidates should have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Duties:
- Managing the front desk, receiving visitors, answering, attending and forwarding incoming phone calls, managing reception mailbox;
- Responsible for receiving, sorting and sending daily mail; recording daily mail in the internal system;
- Maintaining database of employees and contractors of the law firm as well as the ongoing documentation;
- Participating in the coordination and the monitoring the work of the technical assistants;
- Performing administrative duties related to the position.
