TUI AG Reorganizes its Bulgarian Operations
As a part of worldwide reorganization of its business on August 31, 2007 TUI AG transferred its participation in the capital of TUI Bulgaria OOD to Leibnitz Services GmbH. The value of the transaction reached EUR 16,5 million.
The lawyers from Borislav Boyanov & Co. acted for both TUI AG and Leibnitz Services GmbH in the structuring and the execution of the transaction.
