The partnership advised Wing Equity, an Austrian private equity fund in acquiring Devin, a local group, being among the market leaders in bottled mineral water. Borislav Boyanov & Co. was responsible for the legal due diligence of the target companies, the structuring of the transaction and its financing, drafting of the transaction and financing documents and obtaining of the unconditional clearance decision of the Bulgarian competition authority.
