BOYANOV & Co. Continues to Receive Gold Rankings in the IP-specialised WTR 1000 – The World’s Leading Trademark Professional

For the eighth consecutive year, BOYANOV & Co. received the Gold ranking in The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals 2022 Guide, published by World Trademark Review 1000, acknowledging the firm’s ability to secure the most high-profile, big-ticket work from the most prestigious of clients.

WTR’s research revealed that clients and peers recognise BOYANOV & Co. as „One of the best general firms with an IP practice”. The firm is home to “an excellent group of lawyers” who attract “a highly sophisticated and international workload”. A frontrunner on the trademark scene for over three decades, the firm invests judiciously in cutting-edge technology and has further streamlined its trademark services through the recent integration of an advanced internal software platform into its processes. At the helm, Stela Sabeva provides “clear, commercially focused guidance”. Her contentious prowess is perfectly complemented by the firepower of IP litigation head Kina Chuturkova; the duo recently masterminded four customs seizures and related infringement proceedings for Philip Morris International. Senior associate Marina Mollova is really making her mark on opposition and enforcement instructions. “Working with Marina is a delight,” enthuses one satisfied client. “She communicates effectively and produces excellent outcomes.” She has been assisting Take Two Interactive Software Inc, the company behind the Grand Theft Auto videogame, in opposition proceedings.

The WTR 1000 listing recognises firms and individuals considered outstanding in the area of trademark law. It remains the only standalone publication to recommend individual practitioners and their firms and identifies the leading players in 70 key jurisdictions globally.
